Olivia Brierley

Olivia truly believes that mindful movement is beneficial for not only your physical body but also mental health. She is continually learning and expanding her knowledge on this subject with elements falling into her practice and classes. Olivia trained in London but a lot of her inspiration comes from Western Australia where her practice really flourished. Olivia is a truly dedicated teacher, and believes Pilates is for everyone. Her classes are technical, dynamic and strength based with a positive and lively attitude towards all individuals who take her class.
