Full Moon Gong Bath:

Everything you see around you is vibrating at a frequency, whether we hear it or not. Just like the gravitational pull of the moon affects the tides and water within our bodies, sound frequencies can affect us on a cellular level, even influencing how we feel and function. Sound healing practices like Gong Meditation (also referred to as Gong Bath) uses vibrational sound and frequency to help reduce stress, alter consciousness, and create a deep sense of peace and well-being for better health. To greater amplify the healing effectiveness of Gong Meditation, all you need to add is intention and the energy of the full moon.

Let us honor the cyclical nature of the moon together. As the lunar energy increases from the New Moon towards the Full Moon, perfect conditions are created for planting seeds, launching new ideas and to really consider the qualities we want to grow in our lives.

The new moon is the perfect time to create what you want to manifest in your life. The sun and the moon’s gravitational pull at the time of the new moon can be overwhelming to those who are sensitive to energy. The new moon gong bath assists us to cope with these energies, and stay connected with our mind, body and spirit, utilizing the moon energy as a healing experience. The sound of the gong “re-tunes” us on many levels, bringing us into harmony and deep levels of inner peace. These sounds work on a cellular level as well as an emotional level. The sounds of the gong will remind you of your inner ability to be in bliss, as well as take you into a state of deep relaxation and peacefulness.

A DREAM CIRCLE is an ancient Shamanic method of integrating the unconscious content of dreams with our consciousness. It is a dialogue, in which we learn how to listen to what the Psyche is trying to communicate to us, aligning us on our path.

Dreams have always spoken to us.

In the olden days conversing with dreams in circles in order to hear, honour and learn from the mythic night narratives was standard practice during the gatherings of the elders. Modern Dream Circles attempt to restore that ancient tradition and facilitate a learning process in which we gain a deeper knowledge of our psychological life.

In the Analytical Psychology of Carl Gustav Jung, dreams were the gateways to our inner life and often revealed not only the personal content, but also the collective and archetypaly universal in its nature. In our Dream Circle we will create a sacred space, in which dreams can be shared and explored. During the gathering we will learn about a wide range of dreams and how to engage with them, we will connect to the healing aspect of the dream as well as its symbolic, mythical and archetypal notion.

Our Dream Circle is held by Patrycja Jackson, who is a qualified therapist in private practice at the Hackney Therapy Centre and she studied Analytical Psychology for the past 20 years. In her therapeutic work she uses the Carl Gustav Jung approach, which allows her to see more holistic, self-regulating and healing aspects of the human Psyche. Her developed interest, study and use of symbols, mythology and dreams helps her to deepen the therapeutic relationship with clients and align them in their quest for a more meaningful life.

“I strongly believe that the developmental aspect of our conscious Psyche is now ready to shift, receive, re-connect and assimilate with the wisdom of the ancient traditions. We, humankind, have never been more disconnected from ourselves and it is now that we should be more mindful, receptive and open to the wisdom of our dreams. Modern Dream Circles should be as accessible as yoga classes and pilates.” – Patrycja Jackson
